At Milano Di Rouge, we want you to be fully satisfied with your luxury streetwear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure all items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging to be eligible for processing.

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return for store credit or exchange.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the items and issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
